Quality Education: One Student At A Time

“Quality basic education–one student at a time!”

Ingenium School is convinced that quality basic education demands personal and individual attention to each student—a conviction that has its roots in the Jesuit education mantra of “cura personalis”, the personal care for each student. Hence, Ingenium’s  slogan: “Basic quality education…one student at a time.”

Ingenium’s actual faculty-to-student ratio reveals how seriously the school tries to live up to this ideal. Over-all, in schoolyear 2015-16, there is one faculty for every 7.5 students—a ratio of 1 to 7.5. With such ratios, it becomes possible to track individual students, closely monitor each child’s progress, address issues immediately, and develop a one-on-one relationship between teachers and students.
